The Legal Bit

By sending this form I/we apply for membership of Newton Abbot Sailing Club and if accepted undertake to absolve the Club, its officers and members from any injury or damage sustained by me or my family whilst engaged in the activities of the club. I also agree to familiarise myself and my family, and abide by, the rules of the club.

I understand that approved lifejackets or buoyancy aids must always be worn while afloat.

I declare that my boat is fully covered by a valid and current insurance policy and it has third party cover of at least £1,000,000.
